I'll open the doors of my studio and turn your working day into a special occasion. My atypical meeting place is an opportunity to offer your team an inspiring and soothing setting, with the luxury of a home-cooked lunch.

(Important note: My workshop can accommodate a maximum of 10 participants, ideal for executive committees or small teams, to ensure an intimate atmosphere)

Settle into a lounge conducive to work.

Meanwhile, we discreetly prepare your lunch.

Noon - Convivial lunch
- Smooth transition: the table naturally becomes the dining area.
- Home cooking: a fresh, seasonal lunch prepared on site.
- Personal attention: special diets catered for.

Work space/seminar available

Hire of a private space for a study day, with 2 flipcharts and a connected screen, coffee beans, still and sparkling water, tea and fresh fruit juice available all day long. A working room with a large table, a 35m² lounge, a kitchen and an alcove.

Options

• Savoury and sweet brunch breakfasts: salmon and croq truffe from Les Halles Bocuses, home-made savoury preparations, viennoiseries and fresh bread from Maison Deschamp, juice extractor, fresh fruit, mature cheeses, charcuterie, etc
• Study day lunch prepared with care using extra-fresh, local produce, a balanced, gourmet menu.
• Afternoon snack: Maison Bernachon mignardises and fresh fruit juices, fruit salad.

Who is offering this cookery workshop? Corinne Gaillard

My name is Corinne Gaillard, and for over fifteen years I've been welcoming teams into my kitchen for a different kind of experience, far removed from the daily grind of work. My aim is to offer a time to take a break, to share and exchange ideas, without pretence, just for the pleasure of being together in the kitchen.

A workshop open to all, without competition or judgement.

This workshop is for all teams: large or small companies, associations, close-knit groups or colleagues who hardly know each other. You don't need to be a talented chef or have any experience in the kitchen: everyone is welcome here, from the greediest to the clumsiest. My aim is not to turn your staff into cordon-bleus, but to create a climate where everyone can express themselves, take part, try things out and enjoy the moment. Whether you're looking to bind a group together, welcome newcomers, or simply take a breather together, this workshop is designed for you.
