The workshop is designed to enable every employee to gradually discover the techniques needed to customise trainers, whilst leaving plenty of scope for individual creativity.

1. Welcome & Quick Brief

Duration: 10 to 15 minutes

The workshop begins with a quick introduction to the concept and the professional materials provided. Paints, stencils, brushes and various customisation techniques are presented to participants before a demonstration of the correct techniques to use.

The briefing is deliberately kept short to make way for the creative process as quickly as possible.

2. Let the Customising Party begin!

Duration: 1 hour to 2 hours 30 minutes

Staff then move straight on to the practical part and begin customising their pair of trainers. Colours, patterns, graphic details, stencils… everyone can develop their own style and work at their own pace.

The artists move amongst the participants to offer advice, guidance and technical assistance where needed. This time can also be used to incorporate the company’s colours, graphic styles or brand identity to create an activity that ties in with your event.

3. Drying, varnishing & group photo

Duration: approximately 15 minutes

Once the designs are complete, the trainers undergo a quick heat-drying process before a high-resistance protective varnish is applied. The workshop concludes with a chance to chat and a group photo with the finished creations.

And best of all, there’s no need to wait several days to collect your creation: every employee leaves straight away with their personalised pair.
