In the heart of Lozère, the Domaine le Verdier is a fully restored hamlet, designed to host your team on an exclusive basis. A natural, chlorine-free swimming pool, a cosy library, and a variety of accommodation options: here, a residential seminar takes on the feel of a retreat in the countryside, without compromising on comfort or work efficiency.

Marie and Philippe, the owners, live on site and welcome each group personally.

A unique layout

The estate is laid out like a hamlet, with communal living areas at the centre and self-contained accommodation all around, to preserve the privacy of each sub-group whilst keeping the sense of community intact.

Here, authenticity is evident in every room. Chestnut timber frames, wrought iron, solid wood flooring – a meticulous renovation to bring the charm of the Cévennes farmhouses back to life. Ranging from 25 to over 50m², the rooms and suites all open out onto the natural surroundings.

- La Grange: up to 8 people, Tiny House/Hobbit-style with mezzanines
- L’Intrépide: 5 to 6 people, 3 sleeping areas, ideal for families
- Côté Cour: 2 to 4 people, room accessible to people with reduced mobility, mezzanine
