An eco-estate on the outskirts of Nantes, Le Chalonge is an inspiring venue where work and nature come together. Nestled within a 22-hectare park, it hosts your seminars with an eco-friendly approach: locally sourced, seasonal catering, a permaculture vegetable garden and sustainable resource management. A peaceful setting to step back, build connections and give meaning to your team-building sessions.

We host your residential seminars, study days, executive committee meetings, training sessions and team-building events, for groups of 8 to 200 people.

Our speciality: residential seminars for between 8 and 74 people are our favourite events. Our team welcomes you all year round for these warm, meaningful occasions, rich in unique experiences.

The meeting spaces

Stunning rooms set in historic architecture.

Accommodating between 6 and 150 people, our five spaces are fully modular and can be arranged to suit your needs: in a U-shape, theatre-style, cabaret-style…

Or in a more informal setting: lounge-style.

The Cathédrale, Chambellé and Vieux Pressoir rooms form a three-part space with a total area of 174 m².

From September 2026, a fifth house will be available on the estate. It will add four further bedrooms, providing accommodation for 10 guests, bringing our total capacity to 82 guests.

Accessibility

The Éco-Domaine is situated 20 minutes north of Nantes, on the Nantes–Rennes route. Nantes railway station is 25 minutes away and Nantes airport is 40 minutes away. The nearest railway station is Sucé-sur-Erdre, 10 minutes from the estate.
