Equestrian Team Building - The horses of Brocéliande

Treat your employees to a truly original and unusual Team Building experience in Morbihan. Discover horses and the equestrian world.
The playful approach of the horse allows us to offer moments of conviviality that can be perfectly integrated into a team building session.
What's more, a number of studies have shown that the relationship between man and horse is a genuine exchange that provides an effective way of working on key factors in team performance: emotional intelligence and leadership.
Discover the world of horses in an unspoilt environment with passionate teachers and a herd of 15 ponies, horses (and a mule!).

We offer modules divided into half-days with various possibilities:
Work meetings: management committee, steering committee, brainstorming, etc.
Training : management, prevention of psychosocial risks, etc.
Teambuilding : convivial moments with the horses, walks in the forest, discovery of the behavioural approach, etc.
equicoaching : specific work on emotional intelligence and leadership.

Typical programme of the "Team Building" formula

1. Welcome - Welcome of participants (coffee, tea, pastries, etc.)
Introduction to sustainable development through a presentation of the "Les Chevaux de Brocéliande" project (CSR approach, social innovation, etc.)
Immersion in the herd (ethology and behavioural approach)
2. Activities (your choice)
Stress management
Managing emotions
Group cohesion
Leadership and management
All activities include a classroom session followed by a simulation with the horses. Our covered riding arena allows us to offer all activities sheltered from bad weather.
3. Closing session
Group debriefing with participants
Snack (tea, coffee or other)

Duration : Each activity lasts 3 hours. It is therefore possible to envisage Team building over half a day, a whole day or even 2 whole days!
Capacity : The capacity varies between 3 (minimum) and 15 (maximum) people.
The seminar room can accommodate up to 35 people, although it remains fairly small.

Spaces:
The Club-House: Work space for up to 15 people.
Le Manège: A large covered area where you can work with the horses sheltered from the elements.
Le Rond de Longe: The preferred location for equicoaching sessions.

Options available:
Lunch on site: fully equipped kitchen available.
For meals in general, it is possible to use a caterer. We are partners with the Auberge du Val in Tréhorenteuc, which works with local producers and whose CSR commitments are in line with our values.
Accommodation : the Auberge du Val is also available. If there is a demand for accommodation of a higher standard, it is possible to check with the Hôtel du Roi Arthur in Ploërmel.

Who are "Les Chevaux de Brocéliande"?
We are an equestrian centre located in the heart of the Brocéliande forest, in Tréhorenteuc.
Les Chevaux de Brocéliande offers training courses and events for companies. Our activities enable employees to work on their soft skills using a behavioural approach and contributions from work psychology. We offer both training workshops and teambuilding activities with a tailor-made programme.
Our team is made up of riding instructors specialising in the behavioural approach to horses and an occupational psychologist.
