Nestling in the heart of nature in Les Avirons, the Ferme Equestre Auberge du Pont Neuf is a place of character designed to host your events in a warm, authentic setting with no noise restrictions.

With its 350 m² reception room, 1500 m² of lush outdoor space and VIP area with private swimming pool, the farm can be transformed to suit your every whim into the ideal place to celebrate, get together, create or recharge your batteries.

Whether you're planning a fun day out, a Christmas tree party, a seminar in the countryside, a training day or a company party, anything is possible here. Surrounded by fields and lulled by the calm, your guests will enjoy a unique venue, combining freedom, comfort and simplicity.
The farm provides you with suitable facilities, ample parking, easy access and a team available to help you organise your events.

• Team Building => You can hire the Park for half a day to carry out your activity. And use of the swimming pool for up to 15 adults.

THE RECEPTION ROOM - 350 m² of charm in the heart of nature

Configured around a central circular space, with its exposed columns and wooden roof, this 350m² room offers a unique setting for all your events.
Capacity:
Seminars: up to 60 people in theatre format
Dinner dances, weddings, christenings: up to 130 guests (10 tables)
Training: 10 to 14 tables, for 60 to 84 people

- 130 chairs, 10 tables
- Central patio (ideal for breakfasts or breaks)
- Wooden bar with fridge, freezer, microwave, washbasin (drinking water) and electrical sockets
- Airlock for plating + cloakroom
No open-access kitchen (catering service only via the airlock)
- Paper board, screen, Wifi, air conditioning, fans, ceiling lights and spotlights
Accessibility & comfort :
- PRM toilets: for men and women
- Electricity: 2 sockets in the patio, 8 sockets in the small cabin
- Water point: washbasin behind the bar

THE PARK - 1500 m² of space in the heart of nature

For large-scale events, this vast lawn area is the ideal place to create a friendly, country atmosphere. Perfect for outdoor festivals, garden parties, team building or corporate events.
Capacity: Up to 200 people

- Park hire only (bare site)
- Food trucks authorised on site
- Please bring: tables, chairs, tents or marquees
- No direct power supply (generator required)

V.I.P. AREA - Small Garden & Pool (adults only)

For your private or upmarket events, this 75 m² space (including 10 m² in front of the house) is ideal for a chic and relaxed evening with an aperitif or cocktail, in a natural and intimate setting, with access to the swimming pool (subject to conditions).
Capacity :
- Up to 80 people
- 15 adults maximum simultaneously in the swimming pool (private for collective use)

Accessibility

Main car park: large landscaped lawn
Secondary car park: adjacent field used for large events on an occasional basis.
The main entrance is reserved for the public during opening hours.
Service providers, such as caterers, have a secondary entrance at a higher level, which leads directly to the reception room.
