Theaim is to provide a relaxed approach to the main principles of wine, and to take the mystery out of the art of tasting in favour of the pleasure of simply tasting, drawing on everyone's senses and experience. Tasting of 3 white wines and 3 red wines with distinctive characteristics.

Burgundy's terroirs: From Chablis to Mâcon, via the Côtes de Nuits and Côtes de Beaune, Burgundy is the stuff of dreams for wine-lovers the world over, but is often little-known by the general public.

Theaim is to gain a better understanding of this exceptional region by discovering its grape varieties, its great terroirs and their hierarchy, from Northern Burgundy (Chablisien) to the Côte-d'Or, to Southern Burgundy (Mâcon, Beaujolais). Tasting of 3 red wines and 3 white wines.

Option: additional tasting of a Grand Cru from the Côte d'Or.
