The participants are divided into teams and compete in a minimum of 3 workshops (depending on the duration).
At each workshop the team will win 1 part of its pie and points for the final ranking.
The winning team is the one that accumulates the most points (speed and skill combined).
Selection of workshops :
-Blind tasting
-Vegetable cutting workshop
-Blind tasting of bubbles
-Assembly of mayonnaise
-Mixing egg whites
-Creation of cocktails
