Grill Party : Make your own barbecue in teams

Description

Gourmet, friendly and a harbinger of good times, the barbecue has a real place in the hearts of gourmets! But did you know that the barbecue could be associated with the refinement of gastronomy?

- 4 hours event / 3 teams minimum /From 15 participants

- Creation of a barbecue buffet

- Supply of drinks

- Supply of all the necessary equipment for the event (barbecue provided by us)

The course :

- Duration 1 hour, handing out of aprons and hats to the participants

- The group is divided into 3 teams divided into different workstations with the food and equipment needed to prepare the recipe

- The chefs move from station to station to give their advice

Cocktail animation : 30 minutes duration, discover together the secrets of making 3 cocktails: Mojito, Daïquiri, Honey Moon

Tasting: The chefs serve the meal in the form of a standing buffet. 1 bottle of wine for 3 people and water are available.
