This young, dynamic and innovative catering team is offering an original and atypical buffet: 3 revisited risottos!

A peasant dish from northern Italy, Risotto is a reduction of a creamy cooked rice broth with various ingredients.

We suggest you liven up your event with 3 different recipes. 3 different risottos:

- Creamy prawn risotto

- Creamy risotto with ham and black truffles

- Creamy pea, tomato confit and Parmigiano Reggiano risotto

There are also original drinks stands, such as detox water.
