A high-end pop-up bar entirely dedicated to non-alcoholic mixology. Designed for your corporate parties, seminars and business events, this concept showcases creations made from local, seasonal fruit, prepared on the spot in front of your guests.

Concept

An elegant mobile bar that sets up at the heart of your event to serve creative and sophisticated mocktails, prepared to order. Beyond the tasting experience, Mocktail 974 is part of a genuine commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QVCT), based on the ESPER Charter: a festive, inclusive and caring service, accessible to all staff without exception.

Services on offer

​Menu: The service includes a selection of three creative seasonal mocktail recipes, prepared to order by our mixologists.

​Quantity: For package deals, the service covers a continuous supply by the glass, calculated on the basis of an average of 3.5 mocktails per guest.

• Zerb Passion – Passion fruit, lime, ginger syrup, thyme infusion and tropical ice cube. (Non-alcoholic amber rum)
• Ananas Piké – Roasted pineapple, lime, homemade spiced syrup and coconut milk. (Non-alcoholic amber rum)
• Lé la Fé – Pineapple, kaffir lime, vanilla syrup, sparkling water and a hint of sweet chilli. (Non-alcoholic gin)
• Floral’Z – Lychee, rose water, lime, hibiscus flower syrup. (Non-alcoholic gin)
• Sunset 974 – Pink grapefruit, lime, hibiscus flower syrup and tonic. (Alcohol-free amber rum)
• Banan' Caramel – Roasted banana, homemade caramel, lime and banana leaf infusion. (Alcohol-free amber rum)
