At the heart of the eco-designed Martin Luther King Park and committed to the theme of sustainability, HOBA offers you the chance to escape for a day or an evening in the heart of the new Pont Cardinet district of Paris, in the 17th arrondissement.

THE SPACES

All year round, we offer our BA space, a former 19th-century forge renovated for the project. It comprises a 200m² ground floor, a terrace in the heart of Martin Luther King Park (open during park opening hours) and a 50m² basement room.

This space is furnished with tables and chairs and equipped with VP, roll-up screen, microphones and sound system, high-speed Wi-Fi and can accommodate cocktail parties for up to 150 people, seated conferences for up to 80 people and workshops for up to 60 people.

In summer, we also offer full or partial privatisation of the HO terrace. This is the panoramic Belvédère terrace overlooking the park and offering a 180° view.

Most of the terrace is covered.

Capacity: 150 people (covered area).

POSSIBLE EVENTS

Seminars: up to 80 people.

Team building and workshops (in one of the rooms): Up to 60 people.

Cocktail lunches and dinners: up to 150 people.

CATERING SERVICES

For catering, we offer the fine cuisine of our committed chefs: the resident chefs of the belvedere food court.

THE CSR PROPOSAL

The whole HOBA project is based on the desire to develop sustainable catering in the city.

2 actions :

- reducing the carbon emissions of the kitchens: a maximum level has been set and all the dishes are tested using a carbon emission calculator.

- reducing waste production.
