A haven of peace where you can recharge your batteries in this luxury villa with its leafy garden planted with 95 trees and hundreds of plants. An interior space of over 400m² and almost 600m² with the terraces on a plot of 1900m², all at an altitude of 180m.

Its atypical architecture offers large, light and airy spaces for everyone's comfort.
We designed and created this house with a view to making it a year-round holiday home, opting for a caz that is half Creole, with its cryptomeria woodwork, and half modern, with its sleek design style, an idyllic setting.

You'll be treated to a picture-postcard panorama of cane fields and Indian Ocean views.
For those of you who will be staying in this villa during the summer, the various species of fruit trees will delight you and brighten up your meals.

Rules and Accessibility

Our villa is intended for peaceful family use (or corporate use for company events). No smoking inside. Parties are not permitted.
The villa is unfortunately not adapted and accessible to people with reduced mobility and children.

Spacious rooms

Our villa has several spacious and elegantly decorated bedrooms
All rooms have top-of-the-range 200*200 king-size beds by French brand Jean-Louis Scherrer. Equipped with a bathroom with balneotherapy bath and hammam, a dressing area with wardrobe.
One bedroom with Italian-style shower, dressing area with wardrobe, table and two chairs, toilet and private Jacuzzi.
Each room is a haven of peace offering a relaxing atmosphere.

Spacious living room and kitchen

The open-plan kitchen/living room, the heart of the house, is a 90m² space where you can relax with family or friends. Tastefully decorated, it combines modern comfort with Reunion charm.
The lounge is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. A two-metre loveuse for watching good entertainment on our 248cm diagonal TV and its state-of-the-art JBL home cinema, or reading a good book in an armchair offering several massage modes. Wifi and high-speed broadband are also available.

A pool table is also available.

The 50m² terrace is the perfect place to admire the sunset over the Indian Ocean. Whether it's an alfresco breakfast or an evening under the stars, you'll enjoy a panoramic view.

For absolute relaxation, our villa is equipped with a spa including a Jacuzzi, a sauna and a hammam, each seating six.

A cinema area with 500 DVDs and a massage area are also available.

Swimming pool with summer kitchen and BBQ

The swimming pool (heated from May to September) with its 90m² wooden deck is the ideal place to cool off and soak up the tropical sun.
A summer kitchen, a bull-shaped BBQ, a sarcive oven and an ant oven for preparing delicious dishes.
The sun loungers and outdoor seating area invite you to relax and socialise.

Gym area

For fitness enthusiasts, a gym area equipped with modern machines is at your disposal. Keep fit while enjoying your stay in this magnificent setting.

1900m² wooded and planted garden

The 1900m² garden is a real tropical paradise. Treed and planted with a number of fruit trees and fragrant plants, it offers a peaceful, lush setting, ideal for strolling or simply relaxing in the heart of nature.
You can also play pétanque, volleyball, badminton and take advantage of the fitness trail, or let yourself be rocked on the swings or in the swing.

Laundry and storage facilities:

Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and steam generator, storage space for your luggage.
