Maison Koti offers 120 m² of single-level space, accessible to people with reduced mobility, featuring two bright, versatile rooms and an 80 m² terrace, ideal for making the most of sunny days.
The spaces can be arranged to suit the needs of each event, with the option to hire the entire venue exclusively to enjoy a setting entirely dedicated to your group.
The venue also offers various spaces dedicated to creativity, interaction and relaxation, allowing your teams to work differently and to easily alternate between work and socialising.

To enable you to focus fully on your event, Maison Koti provides everything you need: a kitchen, changing room, screens, video-conferencing equipment, a sound system, Wi-Fi, a Velleda whiteboard, a flipchart, modular furniture and hot drinks.

Maximum and minimum capacity depending on the type of event

With its two adjoining, modular rooms, Maison Koti is equally suited to small groups and larger-scale events.

• Small room (30 m²): up to 12 people, ideal for intimate meetings, workshops or small groups
• Large room (90 m²): up to 60 people seated or 100 people standing, for seminars, conferences, cocktail receptions and corporate events
• Full exclusive hire: the 120 m² single-storey space can accommodate larger groups and allow for the creation of several distinct areas within a single event

One of Maison Koti’s key advantages is the connection between the two rooms, which makes it easy to separate the different stages of the event. For example, a presentation, seminar or activity can take place in the main hall whilst the restaurant area is set up in the smaller hall for lunch or dinner.
