Massages tailored to individual needs

- Thai massage (lying on a table)
- Amma massage (seated on a chair)
- Foot reflexology (lying on table)

Each participant benefits from a preliminary discussion to personalise the session according to their expectations (physical relaxation, mental calming or both).

Typical sequence

- Welcome and discussion with the participant
- 15-20 minute massage session, depending on the number of participants
- 5-minute transition between each participant (hygiene, comfort, feedback)

⇒ On average, 2 to 3 people can be massaged per hour.

Capacity and duration

- Minimum: 3 people
- Maximum: 15 people in half a day (up to 5 hours)
- Total duration: between 2 and 5 hours, depending on the number of employees.

The practitioner: Nathan Hurel

Passionate about sport and how the human body works, Nathan has a Master's degree in sports science and is a former physical trainer. Trained in different types of massage (Swedish, Thai, Amma, foot reflexology), he now works in companies, institutes, spas and events.

His approach is based on patience, listening and adapting to the specific needs of each individual, for a moment of deep, rejuvenating well-being.
