Everyone will have the chance to meet well-being in person!
At the venue of your choice, in Paris and the Ile-de-France region, we'll adapt to the format of your day.
Adaptable, made-to-measure scenario.
The diagnosis is in: the general level of well-being in the population is in freefall.
Too much stress, too much pressure, not enough intelligent breaks. The result: the balance has been upset!
Now it's up to you to take action!
Your mission:
With the help of your team, take up physical, sensory, creative and mental challenges to recover all that's missing from your Well-Being capital.
Each workshop is a fast-paced operation: reflection, action, cooperation.
each time you succeed, you gain essential resources: energy, serenity, good practices, and a few rewards along the way.
Your objective is simple: to accumulate enough resources to restore balance... before it disappears altogether.
No magic here. Just strategy, rhythm and teamwork!
Each team receives a set number of red tokens at the start of the activity.
These tokens give them access to the various workshops on offer.
Their objective: to transform them into as many green tokens as possible (well-being)
The workshops are short, accessible and varied, each dealing with a theme linked to well-being.
There will be around ten workshops, each lasting around 8 minutes and accommodating 3 to 4 teams at a time.
The workshops can be done in any order. They will be positioned in various parts of the venue (interiors and/or gardens)
each time a team participates, it can :
- Earn points for successfully completing the challenges. (Green/well-being tokens)
- And fill up their basket of goodies by winning wellness-related items for each workshop they complete.
The better a team performs, the more points they earn... and the more goodies they win!
Olfactory challenge : blind identification of different natural scents (lavender, lemon, eucalyptus, etc.). Points are awarded for each scent identified. Speed and accuracy are rewarded.
Sounds of well-being : Several sounds are played in quick succession. The teams listen together to the different sounds and have to work together to find as many sounds as possible in the right order (rain ➔ waves ➔ bell...)
Tasting workshop : Small bites to taste blind (fruit, seeds, chocolates...) to test your taste buds and identify flavours. Only by blowing on it, without touching it.
Yoga sprint : In teams and in relays, participants perform a series of well-being postures (simple yoga) dictated by the host. Points are awarded for each posture correctly performed. The teams that do the most postures win more points.
Breathing game : Group challenge: guide a feather from point A to point B solely by blowing on it, without touching it / Or All participants must keep a feather levitating solely by blowing on it, without touching it. The participant who manages to keep his feather in the air the longest wins points for his team.
Inspiration puzzle : In relays, put together an express puzzle representing a positive image (e.g. a flower, a sunset) in a limited time.
In teams, create in 8 minutes a small collective poster that visually illustrates "well-being". Materials: paper, felt pens, stickers, etc.
Feel Good Quiz: Quick questions on good wellbeing practices (sleep, nutrition, stress, etc.).
Good practice workshop: Working in shifts, the teams follow a circuit marked out by information notes. Their aim is to collect the right information and complete a good practice table correctly.
