"Nout' Sentier" Discovery Walks – Group walks

How about making your next company outing a short walk to discover the local flora and fauna?
We offer walks all over the island, ideal for a relaxing day of discovery, allowing the group to get together in a stunning setting.

Itinerary:

Participants are welcomed at the meeting point, where breakfast can be arranged on request.
Information about the route and the day’s programme.
The walk begins and lasts for a variable duration (usually the morning).
Along the route, guides provide explanations about the landscapes, the environment, the flora and fauna, and the history of Réunion.
The guides are specialists in these fields.

Route:

The route is carefully selected to suit your objectives and the group’s fitness levels.
Breaks are scheduled for drinking, eating and resting.

Types of hikes: examples

- Exploring historic trails (cobbled paths)
- Breathtaking scenery (Les Cordistes)
- Riverbeds and ponds (Doussy)
- Wellness walks with additional activities (massage, yoga, sophrology, etc.)
- Option to go water hiking in the lagoon, subject to permission from the nature reserve.

We offer the option of rounding off your walks with a meal, which is often a traditional carry.

General information

Duration depending on request: usually 3 hours

Capacity: 10 to 40 people. If there are more people, this is still possible, provided we arrange for additional guides.

Locations: we run our walks all over the island, covering most of the trails. However, we do not go to high altitudes for these tours.

These remain ‘discovery’ group walks.
