A talk on a professional topic, delivered from the perspective of a character from cinema or pop culture! In Paris and the Île-de-France region.
How about a talk on leadership from the perspective of Michael Jackson? Leadership, self-confidence, strategy, ambition, influence and management… your unconventional talk!

The concept

I develop original talks that use iconic characters from cinema and pop culture to explore professional topics: leadership, self-confidence, strategy, ambition, influence and management.

The aim

To offer businesses a presentation that is entertaining, insightful and directly applicable to the professional world.

‘Scenarios of Resilience’ talk:
How cinema teaches us to bounce back after failure

The theme: resilience and professional recovery

Drawing on memorable films — featuring failures, transitions and moments of doubt experienced by iconic characters — I analyse concrete mechanisms of resilience that are directly applicable to the professional world:

- Coping with failure
- Perseverance
- Decision-making under pressure
- Rebuilding after a career setback

Examples of characters discussed by theme:

• Johnny Cage: Finding one’s place and turning weaknesses into strengths
• The Mandalorian: Leadership, values and decision-making
• Michael Jackson: Excellence, creativity and discipline
• Miranda Priestly: Power, ambition and management

The content and film examples can be tailored to the theme of your event (leadership, career transition, entrepreneurial spirit, etc.).

The speaker does not engage in acting or role-play — she maintains the role of an analyst/speaker. She draws on the character’s journey or the film’s storyline, which she then links directly to the theme being explored (resilience, decision-making, discipline, etc.).

To take the example of “Michael Jackson: Excellence, Creativity and Discipline”: she will recount key moments in his career (his perfectionism, his work ethic, his setbacks and comebacks) and then draw parallels with what this teaches us about professional excellence — without ever impersonating him or playing a role. The character serves as a narrative thread, not a costume.
