In the footsteps of the Belle Époque, the Roaring Twenties and the indescribable atmosphere of Montmartre back in the day!

What if, for one evening, your staff were to head to Montmartre? We offer an immersive themed evening in the heart of 1920s Paris: feathers and sequins, accordion music, the French Cancan, live portrait sketches and the great classics of French chanson.

From the moment they arrive, your guests will be transported to a different era and hemisphere.

Designed for companies and works councils in Réunion (with an average of 100 people to ensure a truly immersive experience), this turnkey event brings together artists, a DJ, a buffet featuring the flavours of French cuisine and, depending on your preferences, décor that recreates the great Parisian squares.

An ideal concept for an end-of-year party, an annual event, a company anniversary or the closing night of a seminar in Réunion.

The evening’s programme

A musical welcome: accordionist and juggler

Your guests are welcomed to the sound of the accordion, with a repertoire dedicated to Paris and the Roaring Twenties. Performing alongside the accordionist, a juggler punctuates the pieces with his acts and sets the tone for a festive evening right from the start.

The highlight of the evening: the cabaret show and its French Cancan (30 mins)

Make way for the main event! For 30 minutes (or longer, depending on your preferences), a troupe of dancers and a singer perform a series of scenes from a Parisian revue: an opening number featuring feathers and sequins, sung numbers, costumes that change with each scene, followed by the famous French Cancan, complete with twirling petticoats and leg lifts. Between scenes, juggling interludes (or magic acts, again depending on your preference) keep the atmosphere lively, right up to the finale which brings the whole troupe together.

Caricaturists: a memento for your guests

Throughout the evening, caricaturists set up just like on the Place du Tertre in Montmartre will sketch your guests on the spot, in a classic caricature style or a more comic-strip style. Each portrait is completed in a matter of minutes and your guests leave with their caricature – an original and personalised memento of the evening. The number of caricaturists can be tailored to the size of your group.

The piano-and-vocals duo: the finest songs of Paris (30 mins)

A live piano-and-vocals duo revisits the great classics of French chanson that have captured the imagination of Paris: Édith Piaf, Joséphine Baker, Maurice Chevalier, Charles Trenet, Charles Aznavour, Jacques Dutronc… A more intimate moment, perfect for a convivial atmosphere and singing along to the choruses.

The DJ

To keep the evening going, a DJ takes over and sets the musical mood, playing a mix of Parisian and retro tracks before opening up the dance floor to all your guests.

Perfume Bar

In the spirit of the greatest Parisian fashion houses, a perfume bar takes centre stage at your event! A range of scents to choose from. Just let us know your preferences. You’ll leave with a sample of your favourite designer perfume!

The immersive buffet: French gastronomy takes centre stage

To extend the journey right onto your plate, our partner caterer has created an immersive buffet inspired by Parisian culture and French gastronomy, organised into stations for your guests to discover as the evening unfolds:

• Charcuterie stand: an assortment of French charcuterie, in the style of a Parisian bistro.
• Fish stand: a selection of cold fish dishes served with their accompanying sauces.
• Salad stand: a variety of mixed salads served with the finest breads
• Cheese stand: a platter of regional cheeses, for a truly indulgent French-style treat.
• Dessert station: classic French pastries to round off the evening in style.

The buffet menu is tailored to your requirements based on the number of guests and the format of your event.

Bespoke Parisian décor

For a truly immersive experience, we can transform your venue into a genuine Parisian setting: signs for iconic streets and squares (Place de l’Opéra, Place du Trocadéro, Avenue des Champs-Élysées…) and decorative elements in the colours of old Paris. The scale of the décor can be tailored to your budget, ranging from a touch of Parisian flair to a fully realised setting.

Capacity: Generally from 100 people, or 80 people depending on your budget. (To create a fully immersive experience, this requires several performers, décor and a fairly high-end catering service. And therefore a budget to match. We cannot offer this package for smaller budgets)
