The different areas

- Meeting rooms : 5 modular, daylight rooms, fully equipped (screen, video projector, digital flipchart, coffee/tea machine, mint candy, still and sparkling water). 230m² of seminar space.

- Restaurant Le George, Steakhouse and French cuisine, seating capacity 130. - Space available for private hire.
- Le Diplomate bar, warm and lounge atmosphere, signature cocktail menu, local beers and snacks. - Space available for private hire.
The hotel can be fully reserved for groups of 130 or more.

Capacity

- Rooms : 152 twin rooms
- Restaurant 130 to 150 seats maximum (combined with bar seating). For meals in the lounge, 80 people seated and 120 people for cocktails.
- Lounge: Theatre 150 people.

Possible event formats

Residential seminars, study days, team building, company evenings, conferences, group catering, incentive trips. Dancing or festive evenings, only possible for residential seminars and subject to certain conditions.

Local activities and partners :

- As an official partner of Disneyland Paris, we can offer our customers special "convention" ticketing rates.

- Partnership with an agency offering the possibility of carrying out a team building activity in Disneyland Park in the form of a team treasure hunt using a tablet to complete challenges while enjoying the park's attractions.

- Partnership with Speed Park (located 2 minutes' walk from our hotel), a complex of activities including bowling, go-karting, laser tag, speed quizzes and karaoke.

- Partnership with several agencies offering different types of team-building activities (creative, sports, challenges, CSR, reflection, cohesion, etc.)

- Partnership with Groupe Bertrand for certain themed restaurants located in Disney Village (Rainforest café, Brasserie Rosalie, Royal Pub)

- Right opposite the RER station (line A) Val d'Europe station, just one RER station from the Chessy-Marne-La-Vallée TGV station / Disney parks, and 30 minutes from Paris centre.
- Free shuttle service linking the Disney parks and Chessy Marne-la-Vallée station to our hotel in 10 minutes.
- A4 motorway access 5 minutes away
- Paris Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports about 30 minutes away by car.
