The PALM Hotel & Spa offers 3 restaurant concepts. Each one, in a unique setting and atmosphere, will provide you with unforgettable culinary experiences devised by our Chef, Claude POTHIN.

Kokoa - Bar & Lounge: A chic and relaxed lounge bar, ideal for enjoying delicious cocktails and tapas at sunset, with a breathtaking view of the ocean.

Makassar - Fooding & Pleasure: Main restaurant, made-to-measure cuisine. The chef gives pride of place to local produce, making it the centre of attention.

Kah - Beach & Restaurant: Overlooking Grand Anse beach, savour the summer flavours of KAH Beach in a friendly atmosphere. Enjoy lunch with your feet in the sand, in the shade of a vast 120m² pergola.
