Course :

• Welcome & explanations : Introduction to the workshop, getting to grips with the equipment and safety instructions
• warm-up on rollerblades: Introductory session for all levels, "pedestrian-friendly" activity.
• Team building: Two groups to encourage a competitive spirit
• Learning the choreography: fun coaching focusing on synchronisation, memorisation and group dynamics
• Battle & presentation: The teams perform the choreography and try to reproduce the show, a festive atmosphere guaranteed
• Return of equipment

Duration : 2 hours

Conditions :

• Indoors or outdoors (smooth floor, no obstacles, minimum 80m²)
• A runway can be set up if required.
• Open to all: activity accessible to all, supervision provided.
