Group discovery sessions

A range of disciplines are offered simultaneously, with a 30-minute individual assessment: sophrology, sound travel, meditation, gentle practices and wellness sports. Each participant explores at their own pace and leaves with their own personalised recommendations. Please note that this list is not exhaustive and depends on the time of year.

Event formats

- Team and CODIR meetings in small intimate groups
- Afterworks and cocktails on the rooftop
