We propose the discovery of combinations between teas and chocolates.
Surprising, audacious or harmonious, we have selected 5 teas and 4 chocolates for a sensory journey of the taste buds. The selected chocolates come from Mococha, a famous and luxurious Parisian chocolatier. Gourmet and spicy combinations, smooth and velvety textures... An enchantment for the taste buds!
We will show you simple tasting techniques and discuss your perceptions, the idea being to share a good moment in a relaxed and playful spirit!
This workshop lasts about 1h30, we will be happy to answer all your questions and share this tasting moment.
