The "Alchemy" workshop is ideal for those who want to learn more advanced chocolate making techniques.

During this workshop, you will learn how to make real moulded chocolate bonbons, by making two praline and/or ganache recipes with the ingredients of your choice.

- Minimum age: 14 years

- Opening hours: Monday to Sunday from 10am to 8pm

- Achievements : 24 moulded chocolate bonbons
