The programme:

During this fun and participative workshop, your teams will have the opportunity to discover the workings of the cinema through a process consisting of several stages in which they will have to work together and make a short film.they will have to work together and use their ingenuity to write a script, choose roles, shoot scenes and make a film.

The activity is supervised by expert coaches who will guide them throughout the workshop. They will lead the creative process in a way that encourages exchange and cooperation between the participants. They may organise a final screening to showcase each team's work. Their role is to ensure a good atmosphere and provide their expertise at every stage.

How the team building works :

- Teams are welcomed by a cinema coach and the challenge is presented

- The principle: The teams will have to follow a creative path made up of several key stages: brainstorming and script writing, distribution of roles (actor, director, cameraman, etc.), preparation and shooting of scenes. at each stage, collaboration and collective intelligence will be essential to move the film forward.
Your employees will generally have 2 to 3 hours to complete their film project and discover the pleasure of seeing their creation come to life.

The film coach is at their service and will assist them throughout the workshop, teaching them basic film techniques (shooting, narration, etc.) and stimulating their creativity.

at the end of the workshop, the teams will be able to enjoy a screening of their creations, followed by a debriefing to share their impressions and what they have learnt from this collective experience.

Different workshop formats (remote clip, etc.) can be envisaged if there is a specific need.
