Team Building Olympiads "Back to childhood" at the Beach Park

Description

Back-to-Child Olympics for adults in the Dionysian Beach Park.

The activity takes place in Saint-Denis in a magical place: the Dionysian Beach Park. It's an outdoor area of over 1000m² with fine sand surrounded by greenery.

Breakfast will be provided.

The day begins with a musical warm-up to the tune of "Djembel" (a well-being dance based on the sounds, gestures and movements of African dances).

Once the teams have been formed, the participants will challenge each other to various team sports events, with their feet in the sand.

There will be a refreshing break with fresh juice and a sweet break with candyfloss.

Activities :

- Power 4 Giant Challenge

In this team challenge, you'll have to be physically fit to outrun the opposing team, but you'll also have to use strategy to line up all 4 pawns and win the challenge....le tout! Barefoot in the sand.

- The "water race

In this team challenge, speed is of the essence, but so is agility. Which team will be the first to fill the water bucket with a cup? The one that was the fastest? Or the one that has applied itself to its gestures and movements?

- The "infernal" tower

It's all about coordination, cohesion, communication and a bit of dexterity as the team builds the tallest giant kapla tower in a set time.

- The Fröebel tower

In this challenge, everyone works as one to win. 24 people can play together, holding cords which, thanks to a hook system, can be used to catch wooden towers that need to be stacked one on top of the other. In this game, you win together, but you also lose together.

And why not finish off with a water pistol fight?

All the activities are supervised and led by professional entertainers, and their number is calculated according to the number of participants.
The formula can be adapted to competition mode, with medal tables and rewards, or to "zambrocale" mode, with teams changing for each event.

What's the best way to dress? Shorts + T-shirt and bare feet.
