A collaborative workshop to rethink our food and its impact.
The Fresque de l'Alimentation is an educational and interactive activity designed for companies wishing to raise their teams' awareness of the environmental, social and health issues linked to food. It can be set up indoors anywhere on Réunion Island. Reinvent food as a team!
Our aim: to help you understand and take action! using a fun, participative format, your employees will become aware of the impact of our food choices and explore practical solutions.
Gain a more global view of the consequences of our food on human beings and the environment. Better define the principles of healthy, sustainable food: plant-based, local, organic, seasonal, etc. Make a commitment, individually and collectively, to a more sustainable diet through concrete objectives.
This is a collective intelligence workshop inspired by the Fresque du Climat teaching method. It takes place in 4 phases:
Introduction to the workshop and round-table discussion with the participants. (15 minutes)
Reflection on our consumption (meat, fish, cereals, processed products, vegetables, etc.) using cards, quizzes and games. (1h30)
Generic courses of action and links with systemic impacts (climate, biodiversity, health and resilience). (30 minutes)
Making collective and audience-specific commitments. (30 minutes)
Facilitators: 1 to 2 facilitators.
Capacity: 2 tables per presenter - 8 to 10 people maximum per table.
