The Kazz to Be, Réunion’s first ‘let-off-steam’ bar, is opening its doors for exclusive private hire for a brand-new team-building experience: the KTB Challenge.

A fun, fast-paced and 100% inclusive competition, designed to bring a team together through challenges of skill, precision and strategy, in an atmosphere of genuine camaraderie.

A venue entirely reserved for your team

For the duration of your event, The Kazz to Be is all yours: over four indoor and outdoor gaming areas, designed to accommodate your teams in complete freedom.
A dedicated on-site team will lead, supervise and set the pace for the day, with music and a great atmosphere guaranteed from start to finish.

Drinks included throughout the event: soft drinks, local beers, wines, coffee and tea.

5 challenges to put your team to the test

Each team competes in 5 complementary challenges, where skill, composure and team spirit make all the difference:

1. Precision – Axe throwing: hit the target like a true Viking.
2. Fun – Karaoke: real hits, plenty of laughter.
3. Skill – Breton palets: every millimetre counts.
4. Concentration – Darts: a moment of calm amidst the action.
5. Strategy – Board games: collective thinking before taking action.

Extra option: Speed – Smash Room (aka ‘Fury/Break Room’). For as long as the timer runs, let off steam and smash everything in sight (smash-up kit provided, protective gear included).

A leaderboard is displayed in real time throughout the afternoon or day, keeping the suspense going right to the end.

The schedule for your event:

- Welcome: introduction to the day’s programme and the venue.
- Kick-off: team formation, briefing and rules of the game.
- Challenges: time for the 5 challenges – every point counts.
- Final leaderboard: tallying of points and announcement of results.
- Trophy presentation: presentation of the trophy and a souvenir photo to capture the moment.

3 formats to suit your needs

- Half-day: a dynamic and impactful experience, running from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm or from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
- Full day: total immersion from 9 am to 5 pm, for a comprehensive experience.
- Evening: an after-work get-together or corporate evening with open-access activities.

Of course, we can also offer you a half-day (or full day) at this venue without organising the ‘KTB Challenge’, but simply by making the activities available for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Lunch option

To extend the social atmosphere, we offer a choice of on-site lunch options: tapas platters, artisan pizzas or catered meals.

Seminar option

The large upstairs room is ideal for hosting your business meetings, featuring a large video projector that projects onto the venue’s large wall

The spaces

All indoor spaces are fully air-conditioned.
Participants can also enjoy our outdoor terrace and rooftop, which are accessible throughout the event.
All activities on the ground floor are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Our mezzanine, dedicated to meetings and seminars, is accessible only via a staircase and is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
