The VIB Bus Clearing – A new open-air venue in Cambaie

Description

Fancy organising your next corporate event in a different setting? La Clairière welcomes you to a truly idyllic green setting in Saint-Paul, entirely reserved for your group for the duration of your event.

Here, there are no standard function rooms: just an open-air space designed for getting together, chatting, dining and partying in complete freedom.

At the heart of the venue, a fully fitted-out coach serves as a meeting point for your teams: an air-conditioned lounge area, ideal for breaks, socialising or setting the tone for the evening. A unique concept in Réunion, suitable for everything from seminars to festive evenings.

What the spaces include:

The Clearing

A private outdoor area for 30 to 100 people, away from prying eyes, where your guests can move freely between the various activity areas: dining area, dance floor, relaxation corner.

The lounge bus

A versatile space for both work and socialising, equipped with a bar, a top-mounted fridge, a freezer, a microwave, two flat-screen TVs and all the necessary amenities. Versatile in design, it can be transformed into a seminar room, conference room, party venue or private lounge, depending on the needs of your event.
