Why not treat your staff to a chance to unwind, take in the scents and get creative in Réunion? These pop-up activities place wellbeing and sensory stimulation at the heart of your corporate event.

Three formats are available, to be chosen separately or combined: creative workshops focusing on essential oils, quick massages and an olfactory experience in the form of a fragrance bar.

Interactive and ready-to-use, these activities can be set up directly at your event venue: on your premises, in a hotel or at an event space. All equipment, stand decoration and consumables are provided: you don’t need to organise a thing. The formats are equally suited to a steady stream of participants or the more intimate atmosphere of a corporate evening, a seminar, a wellness day, a product launch or a sales promotion.

The three activities on offer

1. ‘Wellbeing & Awakening the Senses’ creative workshops

An experience that is at once creative, sensory and focused on wellbeing, centred on discovering essential oils and their various uses. In a DIY (‘Do It Yourself’) format, each participant creates their own bespoke wellbeing product and leaves with their personalised bottle.

Possible creations, depending on the chosen theme and format:

• A personalised 10 ml roll-on, formulated to suit each person’s preferences and needs.
• A 50 ml personalised massage oil, with an introduction to carrier oils and essential oils.
• Other bespoke creations can be devised to suit the theme of your event.

The workshop programme:

• Introduction to the ingredients
• Olfactory exploration
• Tips on how to use the products
• Each participant creates their own design

Duration: approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on the format chosen

Capacity: approximately 5 to 20 people, to be adapted according to the venue and workshop format

2. Flash Massage – Wellness Break

A 10-minute massage per person, focusing on a specific area, to offer everyone a genuine moment of relaxation in the midst of a business event. This short format allows us to pamper a large number of participants without any logistical constraints.
It is particularly well-suited to seminars, corporate days, business events and wellness days.

Duration: 10 minutes per participant

Capacity: from 5 people, with continuous operation possible depending on the number of participants and the duration of the event

3. Olfactory experience / Perfume bar

A fun, sensory activity to discover the world of perfume. Each participant is invited to smell and compare different fragrances, then receives personalised advice to help them identify the scents that best suit their tastes and personality.
The perfume bar can also take the form of a small, pop-up, mobile shop, with no obligation to purchase for your guests.
