La Maison de l'Estonnat - 400m² - Up to 80 people

Our charming 19th century mansion, the Estonnat, decorated in an elegant style combining modernity and authenticity, welcomes you in a warm atmosphere.

Its fully equipped rooms are ideal for organising your seminars and corporate events. It has 2 conference rooms and 2 sub-commission rooms.

Salle du Chai - 300m² - Up to 150 people

This 300m² reception room offers a magnificent view of our barrel cellar. With a capacity of 20 to 150 people, this enchanting space will take your colleagues on a journey through the history of the Marquis de Terme vineyard. A subtle blend of tradition and modernity, this charming room will enable you to organise your professional events in a warm and welcoming environment. All the equipment necessary for the success of your seminars is included in the rental of the room.

Salle du Parc - 120m² - Up to 50 people

Enjoy an exceptional setting with this 120m² room overlooking the vineyards on one side and the château's park on the other. Intimate and elegant, the park room can accommodate up to 50 people.

This room will seduce you with its beautiful luminosity and its superb view of the Marquis de Terme estate. It is the ideal place to organise a meeting or a seminar on a human scale.

The Restaurant

The meeting of the Medoc's terroir and the cuisine of the sea.

Since July 2021, Marquis de Terme and Chef Grégory Coutanceau have joined forces to open their restaurant " [AU] Marquis de Terme "!

This very first establishment within a Margaux estate is the convergence of the worlds of Marquis de Terme and Chef Grégory Coutanceau: wine, gastronomy and hospitality; a concentrate of French art de vivre.

Wine, Œnotourism, Marquis de Terme takes the experience even further with this new reference!
