For groups of 30 people or more!(No requests for outdoor birthdays or EVG/EVJF...)

Wrapped in banana leaves (or on trays, depending on your preferences), we offer you a complete turnkey buffet for your corporate evening or outdoor lunch.

The dishes are served in mini-marmites, and the decor is just the right touch to bring back memories!

As a sit-down meal with buffet service or as a lunch/dinner "cocktail", add the final gourmet touch to your "Réunion lontan" theme!

We're proud to bring you authentic, tasty Creole cuisine prepared with love, while making a social difference. Leftovers will go to a charity for the homeless.

Here, we'll be offering you a taste of the local cuisine via banana leaves.

Sample meal : we will, of course, adapt to your choices and desires. We can also suggest several other dishes at a later date.

2 Dishes to choose from (or + according to your preferences): Sausage rougail / Rougail boucané / Chicken curry / Turkey stew / Chicken stir-fry with 4 vegetables / Turkey stir-fry with chilli peppers / Chicken shop suey / Crispy fish with ginger / Rougail bichiques / Rougail la morue

Accompaniments: White basmati rice OR Zembrocale zharicot OR spicy cod rice

Brèdes

Grains (large peas, lentils, white beans, red beans, pink beans, ti mila)

Tomato or lemon or courgette or carrot or tomato/combava chilli sauce

DESSERTS: Lontan sweets and seasonal fruit.

DRINKS: Soft drinks: Water, Lemonade, Coke, Juice.

Alcoholic drinks: Homemade punch with rum, Dodo beer (we can offer a range of alcoholic beverages)

We can also provide breakfast and/or snacks.

LOCATIONS

Anywhere on the island. At the location of your choice. The caterer will come with all his equipment (marquee, table and chair furniture, crockery, etc.)

Please note that for a public, open-air venue, we need authorisation from the Town Hall (an AOT). We leave it up to you to arrange this.

We therefore recommend a private venue.
