A Japanese cooking workshop for colleagues: discover the MakiSushis workshop in Paris! At the venue of your choice. On your company premises or at an original venue that we can suggest.

A culinary Team Building event during which you can create 3 Maki Sushi with a renowned chef!

Makizushi, often called maki in Europe, is a Japanese speciality in the form of a roll of dried nori seaweed wrapped around white rice mixed with sweet rice vinegar, stuffed with various foods, such as raw fish or plants.

Course

The leader prepares the rice vinegar, then the fish: salmon, prawns, Japanese omelette and vegetables (avocado and cucumber)

Then she brings all the equipment for rolling the maki and knives for 1 or 2 people.

She demonstrates how to cook the rice and prepare the rice vinegar, then makes the maki for 30 minutes.

Afterwards, the participants finish the maki and then cut the maki for 40 minutes

The makis can be eaten on the spot or at home if you want to take them away.

The venue must be equipped with tables (per person approx. 50cm x 35 cm) and chairs and electrical sockets
