Much more than just a team-building activity, you'll be immersing your colleagues in the world of honey and bees at l'Entre-Deux.

Discover the mysteries of beekeeping, bees and honey during an educational morning at one of Réunion's leading apiaries.

It's a real experience that will take you from an apiary to a gourmet meal in a local restaurant!

An example of how your morning will unfold:

08.15: Welcome breakfast

08.45: Video projection on the world of bees and hives (1 hour)

10H00: Guided tour of the apiary (Theme: the life of the bee)

Introduction to the beekeeping profession. Theoretical introduction: History of beekeeping - Identifying the castes of the bee - Notion & Morphology - Notion about the senses - Notion about races, bees and beekeeping. Notion on races and systems - Notion on the bee's development cycle - Knowing the beekeeper's equipment

11.15am: Tasting of different honeys from Réunion Island

12.15pm: Lunch in "table d'hôtes" format

1 ti-punch or non-alcoholic aperitif

Samoussa / Chilli sweets

Starter: Coleslaw and green salad

Main courses: Chicken carpaccio and sausage rougail + rice pudding

Dessert: Ice cream cone with homemade fruit salad

1.30 pm: End

Everyone must wear trousers and trainers (closed shoes)

Anyone wearing shorts or Bermuda shorts will not be accepted. (for safety reasons)

Leggings/tights are not accepted either.
