THE CONCEPT

Equi coaching, or horse-assisted management support, is becoming increasingly popular because of its impact on managers and their teams.

Horses live in herds, are nomadic and herbivorous, and have survived for 50 million years thanks to their all-round qualities.

Highly sensitive to its environment, it has remarkable emotional intelligence and can read our emotions and intentions with kindness.

As a prey animal, it needs to feel confident with its fellow creatures and when we are with it.

There are many parallels between guiding a horse and managing people to work as a team.

It's a great way to get to know each other better, work better together and develop leadership skills, stress management and emotional management, all while having fun.

Participants will experience a range of fun and surprising workshops on the horse/man relationship, with equines of very different characters. Emotions and surprises guaranteed.

There's no need to know how to ride a horse - everything is done on foot, under the supervision of an equi coach and an instructor. The various workshops will be debriefed in order to understand the team dynamics and identify the key factors for progress, in relation to the situations experienced in the team.

THE ROUTES

The programme can be adapted to suit the number of participants (10 to 20) and the objectives.

Team building over a half day (3H30) or a full day (7H)

Welcome of participants, presentation of the programme and framework.

Presentation of the methodology, the human/horse relationship, the link with communication and management.

Equi Coaching workshops with different individual and team sequences.

Assessment of the Equi coaching session.

The activities take place at Tamarina Ranch, a magnificent equestrian centre in Saint-Gilles les Hauts, 1 min from the Route des Tamarins.

Included: horses and ponies and the site with a private outdoor meeting area, supervision by 1 instructor and 1 equi coach (depending on the number of participants)

Option: full day with different tailor-made sequences depending on the themes to be developed, remote cold debriefing with thebreakfast and lunch on site with different options.

Capacity: From 10 people minimum to 20 people maximum.
