Introduction to Falconry - Discovering birds of prey Group activity

Falconry is the traditional activity of training a bird of prey to catch game in its natural environment. Learn about this ancient art during a 3-hour workshop.

Through a theoretical and practical approach, you will approach falconry in its most diverse aspects.

During this privileged moment, you will discover the history of this practice, the functioning and the place of these birds of prey in the ecosystem as well as the great morphological adaptation of these birds of prey in relation to their hunting methods.

The falconers will then provide you with the technical basics that will allow you to carry one of their birds of prey and to accompany them, bird in hand, during a free flight session in the wild.
