A naturopathy and aromatherapy workshop. For a company day focusing on well-being or a team-building workshop on your premises, for example.

Anywhere on Reunion Island.

Creation of a PERSONALISED ELIXIR: a blend of plant oils and essential oils, an invitation to connect and make the link between the soul energy of plants and physical health.

Each participant will leave the workshop with their own elixir and advice on how to use it.

TRANSMISSION: how to use essential oils, discovering their emotional and energetic benefits: managing stress and fatigue, lack of confidence, the need to anchor oneself, developing concentration, balancing the nervous system, harmonising moods ....

PROPOSALS:

I create elixir "recipes" according to the theme of the event, perhaps :

- incarnation elixir

- travel elixir

- beauty elixir

- elixir of joy

- love elixir

I adapt and I create!

It's the "do it yourself" idea that creates dynamism, fun, interaction and interest, while putting a major naturopathic subject at the heart of the workshop: aromatherapy for everyday well-being.
