A unique team-building experience that will leave a lasting impression!

In this workshop, you'll cook for yourself and your team, but also for the homeless in Paris in the form of meal baskets that will then be distributed by a specialist charity.

After this great initiative, you'll taste your creations as a team over a carefully selected glass of wine.

Menu

Starter: Pissaladière OR Hummus, sweet chilli, focaccia, zaatar

Main course: Vegetable puff pastry, parmesan and mozzarella di bufala béchamel sauce, cured ham. OR Pâté lorrain, mesclun salad, strong juice

Dessert: Nice lemon éclair OR Chocolate éclair

With 2 glasses of wine, which will be offered during the tasting.

The menu can be adapted to suit your tastes and food intolerances.

The aim of this workshop is to cook for the whole group but also for homeless people in the form of meal baskets, which will then be distributed in Paris by the association La balade des Lucioles.

Trained by the great names in gastronomy and bistronomy: Yannick Alléno 3 Michelin stars, Shinichi Sato 2 Michelin stars, Sven Chartier 1 Michelin star, Benoit Dargère.

He then turned his attention to managing bistronomic establishments, to which he attaches real importance.

His philosophy after 15 years of professional experience is to adapt to the product and alter it as little as possible.

At the end of 2022, he decided to set up his own business, dedicated entirely to cookery lessons.

He imagines culinary Team Buildings ranging from gourmet cuisine to street food!

A craftsman, he loves working with his hands. The right gesture is essential to him.
