In this workshop, you will cook for you and your team, but also for the homeless in Paris in the form of meal baskets that will then be distributed by a specialized association.

After this good initiative, you will taste your creations as a team around a carefully selected wine.

Composition of the menu

- Pissaladière

- Pâté lorrain, mesclun salad, strong juice

- nice yellow lemon éclair

With 2 glasses of wine which will be offered during the tasting.

The menu can be adapted according to your tastes and food intolerances.

The aim of this workshop is to cook for the whole group but also for homeless people in the form of meal baskets, which will then be distributed in Paris by the association La balade des Lucioles.

THE CHEF

Trained by the great names in gastronomy and bistronomy: Yannick Alléno 3 Michelin stars, Shinichi Sato 2 Michelin stars, Sven Chartier 1 Michelin star, Benoit Dargère.

He then devoted himself to the management of bistronomic establishments to which he gave real importance.

His philosophy after 15 years of professional experience is to adapt to the product by altering it as little as possible.

At the end of 2022 he decided to create his own structure, entirely dedicated to cooking classes.

He imagines culinary Team Buildings ranging from gastronomic cuisine to street food!

As a craftsman, he loves working with his hands. The beautiful gesture is essential to him.
