The Equestrian Olympics - The Equestrian Games Group activity

Perhaps the most unusual corporate team-building event on Réunion Island! Have you already taken part in Koh-Lanta and the Olympics? Discover the "Equestrian Olympics"!

Challenge yourselves in teams at a riding school in the west of the island, surrounded by ponies and horses.

You'll be competing in a series of fun-filled tasks!

Don't worry, you won't have to "ride" the horses. You'll discover horse riding and the life of an equestrian centre, through a series of little games and challenges, in complete safety and in contact with these animals.

Horses live in herds, are nomadic and herbivorous, and have survived for 50 million years thanks to their all-round qualities. Highly sensitive to its environment, it has remarkable emotional intelligence and can read our emotions and intentions with kindness. As a prey animal, it needs to feel confident with its fellow creatures and when we are with it.

The link with animals

It's a great way to get to know each other better and have fun at the same time.

Participants will experience a range of fun and surprising challenges with ponies of very different characters. Emotions and surprises guaranteed. No need to know how to ride, everything is done on foot, under the supervision of an equi coach and an instructor.

THE RIDE

The programme and duration can be adapted to suit the number of participants (10 to 40 people)

Team building over a half day (3H30) or a full day (7H)

Welcome of participants, presentation of the programme and setting.

Workshops to discover horses and ponies and learn how they work.

Olympiad workshops with the ponies, with various challenges to be completed as a team.

Team building summary

Location: Saint-Gilles les Hauts

The activities take place at Tamarina Ranch, a magnificent equestrian centre in Saint-Gilles les Hauts, 1 minute from the Route des Tamarins.

Included: use of horses and ponies and the site with a private meeting area, supervision by 1 instructor and 1 equi coach (depending on the number of participants)

Option: Pony rides, equi coaching workshops on communication and management, breakfast and lunch on site with different formulas.

Capacity: From 10 to 40 people.

Duration: Half day OR full day (with lunch included at the Equestrian Centre)
