A magical palace where you can embark on unexpected quests as a team

Description

What if your next team-building event in Paris took place in a magical palace? Just a stone’s throw from Bastille, the Pandore Palace immerses your teams in 500 m² of spectacular sets and secret passages, brought to life by colourful characters. On the programme: ‘L’Étoffe d’un Groom’, an immersive team adventure where your staff must prove they have what it takes to join the Palace’s staff.

Forget the classic escape game where five people are locked away in a 20 m² room: here, your teams roam freely through an ‘Open World’, crossing paths, challenging one another and choosing their own quests. A format combining an escape game, a treasure hunt, a mystery investigation, immersive theatre and a quiz – ideal for your seminar, training day or corporate event.

The scenario

It’s a serious situation at the Pandore Palace! Since the election of the Minister of Illusions, the jobs crisis has spread to the magical world, where there is a dire shortage of skilled labour. The Palace is therefore opening its doors for a special one-day recruitment drive.

In this life-size recruitment test, complete with actors and breathtaking sets, your teams will need to help the Palace’s mysterious residents with their many problems, some more conventional than others. A professional attitude will be key to passing the selection process… but that’s not all!

How it works

A welcome from the Palace’s manager

On arrival, participants are welcomed in the lobby by John, the Palace’s manager. He introduces them to the four iconic characters who will accompany them throughout the adventure: Merlin the Enchanter, Irma the Fortune Teller, Captain Hook (returning from therapy) and Nosferatu, the hotel bellboy, who has been within these walls for centuries. Each has their own personality and has plenty of surprises in store!

Exploring the Palace and choosing your quests

Divided into teams of 4 to 6 people, participants are free to explore the Palace and choose their quests using the ‘Pixies’, the phones provided for them. The missions, lasting between 5 and 20 minutes, involve a wide variety of activities: observation, manipulation, searching and role-play with the characters.

Support Nosferatu through an existential crisis, help Irma the fortune-teller see things more clearly, explain to a ghost why he is no longer allowed to haunt Room 13, nurse a dragon with a cold, or help a lovesick Captain Hook write his love letter… Each mission requires a range of skills (critical thinking, searching, role-play, coordination): the right person can save their team at a critical moment. The aim isn’t to complete everything, but to allow everyone to forge their own path, according to their preferences and interests.

The grand final team challenge

The experience concludes with a grand final team challenge – a quiz that draws on the details and clues observed throughout the journey to determine who are the best among you. A thrilling finale!
