500 m² to transport your teams to another world

The Pandore Palace is no ordinary event venue. Across 500 m², your staff will find themselves in a mystical and supernatural world featuring spectacular, immersive sets, designed to give the impression of stepping into a truly parallel universe.

The experience is based on an open-world concept: participants are free to explore the spaces and choose their missions as they progress. Technology, high-tech gameplay mechanics, interactions with actors and a variety of missions punctuate the experience, allowing participants to discover the Palace in their own way.

A life-size team-building experience

The current experience on offer, ‘Do you have what it takes to be a bellboy?’, transforms the Pandore Palace into a vast, magical recruitment ground. Staff are divided into teams and must assist the Palace’s various residents through a series of missions requiring a range of skills:

• Searching
• Coordination
• Communication
• Role-play
• Team spirit

Each participant can thus put their skills to good use within their group before joining the other teams for a grand final challenge. The format is designed to be replayable: there are enough interactions and tasks to ensure that each session offers a different experience. This experience can accommodate up to 80 participants at the same time.

A format that can be tailored to your organisation

One of the Pandore Palace’s key strengths is the ability to tailor the experience to suit the event being organised. The scenario can therefore be integrated into a training day, a seminar or a corporate event to create a common thread linking the various parts of the day.

The main experience can last up to 2 hours, featuring several actors and hosting available in French or English, which also makes it suitable for international teams.

A new format for your study days

The Pandore Palace is a dedicated venue for seminars and corporate events in Paris. The space known as ‘Le Restaurant’ complements the venue’s facilities.

This 110 m² space is designed to host work sessions before or after the immersive experience. The layout allows for:

• 90 people in theatre-style seating
• 70 people for a cocktail reception
• 60 people in a conference layout
• 60 people in breakout groups

The space also has Wi-Fi and will be accessible to people with reduced mobility.

This layout makes it possible to organise a fully organised study day, alternating between meetings, presentations or workshops and an immersive team-building experience.

Le Monde Ouvert: working in the heart of the setting

The 500 m² of Le Monde Ouvert can also be used as an event venue.

Venue capacity:

• 90 people for a cocktail reception
• 60 people for a conference
• 40 people in breakout groups

A particularly original layout for hosting a speech, a cocktail reception or a working session right at the heart of the Pandore Palace experience.

Karaoke, photo booth & additional entertainment

The experience can be enhanced with a range of entertainment options available on request. The Pandore Palace features a speakeasy that can be hired privately for karaoke for up to 20 people, with microphones and equipment available on site. A cocktail reception can also be arranged to accompany the entertainment.
