A serious game on diversity and inclusion for your teams

Description

What if your staff were to investigate situations ofexclusion and discrimination first-hand? This diversity and inclusion serious game takes the form of a collaborative workshop designed to explore various themes relating to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

A fun and engaging approach to raising awareness amongst your teams, encouraging open discussion and changing behaviours, whilst strengthening team cohesion.

Available throughout mainland France, at a venue of your choice (teams based in Paris, Lyon and Bordeaux).

How it works

1. An investigation in 6 chapters

Divided into teams of 3 to 6 players, participants work their way through an investigation split into 6 chapters of around 15 minutes each, with each chapter addressing a situation of exclusion or discrimination.

2. Debriefing with an expert

An expert on the subject reviews the situations encountered, provides insights and facilitates a discussion with the group.

The objectives

• To inform and demystify the issues surrounding diversity and inclusion
• To recognise situations of exclusion and discrimination
• To adopt the right behaviours in everyday life
• To encourage open discussion and a sense of collective responsibility

Why choose this serious game for your organisation?

Ideal as part of your CSR and diversity & inclusion policy, a seminar or an awareness-raising day, this workshop makes the subject tangible and accessible to all, thanks to the power of gaming and collective intelligence.
