Beat Sexism – An awareness-raising serious game

Description

How can you recognise a situation involving sexism or sexual harassment at work? And, above all, how should you respond? This awareness-raising serious game enables your staff to tackle this vital issue in a practical, supportive and engaging way.

Through realistic role-play scenarios, participants learn to identify problematic behaviour, assess its impact and adopt the right responses. An activity that combines the effectiveness of awareness-raising with the dynamics of a team-building exercise.

Available throughout mainland France, at a venue of your choice, or remotely.

How it works

1. The game (45 minutes)

Working in teams, participants analyse realistic situations from everyday working life and must identify instances of sexism and sexual harassment.

2. Debriefing with an expert (20 to 30 minutes)

An expert on the subject reviews each scenario, provides insights and leads a discussion with the group.

Objectives

• To inform participants about and demystify the issue of sexism in the workplace
• To learn how to identify instances of sexism and sexual harassment
• Adopt appropriate behaviour and know how to respond
• To encourage open discussion and a sense of collective responsibility

Why choose this serious game for your organisation?

Ideal as part of your CSR policy, a seminar day or a prevention initiative, this engaging format encourages participants to speak up and take ownership of the messages far more effectively than traditional training.
