Designed for works councils and companies, generally for groups of around 100 people or more, this package transforms a traditional event into a memorable experience, featuring an original overarching theme and a surprise change of scenery during the evening.

The concept: ‘Patience… the best is yet to come’

Our futuristic evening is based on a gradual shift between two worlds, designed to surprise guests without them realising it at first:

The Roots — local identity, human values, the past and the present. This world welcomes guests as soon as they arrive.
Tomorrow — innovation, evolution, a future world that’s already here. It is towards this world that the evening shifts at the moment of the ‘happening’.

The evening begins as a traditional corporate event. Then a trigger (a show, a comedian, a countdown…) sets in motion a complete scenographic transition: the lights go out, futuristic music plays, smoke fills the air, laser beams flash — and the venue’s setting changes before the guests’ very eyes, as they realise they are ‘already in the future ”.

How would the evening unfold? ‘The Journey’ in three stages

1. The Roots — a time for sharing

Welcome, non-alcoholic drink, introductory remarks, local and artisanal activities for guests (braiding workshops, temporary tattoos, personalising items, caricaturist, etc.). A warm atmosphere, warm lighting, classic illuminated furniture.

2. The happening — a journey into the future

A show (comic, mentalist, etc.) that captures the audience’s attention whilst the set is transformed behind the scenes. Then: lights out, a countdown, futuristic music, smoke and lasers. Guests turn to face a transformed world — blue and purple illuminated furniture, aisles of light, video mapping, a village of futuristic attractions (AI photo booth, VR headsets, interactive digital wall, service robot, roaming mentalist, etc.).

3. The Climax

Sound and light show (flames, lasers), the dance party kicks off with a DJ, and the entertainment continues… As you leave, a robot will hand you a party souvenir in front of a futuristic-themed photo booth.

‘The Common Thread: A Trigger Object’ Option

Upon arrival, each guest receives a customisable souvenir in the company’s colours, with a QR code on the back. This item serves a dual purpose:
• A unifying memento of the evening, given to every participant.
• A transition trigger: at a key moment, all guests scan the QR code simultaneously, officially triggering the shift into the futuristic world (video message, invitation to join a stage, etc.).

Depending on your guest numbers and preferred geographical area, we’ll suggest several venues to choose from that are suitable for this type of event.
