Specialising in made-to-measure meals for groups of 8 to 40 people, Alexia B creates menus tailored to the needs and constraints of each event: seminars, board meetings, team building, team meals or client events.

Her cuisine features local, organic and sustainable produce, with particular attention paid to the quality of the meat and the balance of the dishes. Inspired by the flavours of the world, she offers daring and refined creations, but can also revert to more traditional "made in France" gastronomy to suit your tastes.

SEVERAL MEAL FORMATS

Flexible and adaptable, Alexia designs themed or personalised menus, taking into account dietary requirements and sensitivities. She can provide buffet or plated meals (2, 3 or 4 courses), with the option of adding service staff as required.

• Fresh & volatile starter: Low-temperature tomato gazpacho - brick pastry timbale - vegetable brunoise - romatin syrup and courgette flower

• Woody & amber dessert: rhubarb compote with amber clarified butter caramel on woody tea sponge cake (cinnamon, cocoa, star anise)
