Our cooking workshops are designed to be convivial and participative, combining culinary discovery and cultural immersion.
Supervised by Chef Kim (a South Korean chef with over 30 years' experience), participants will discover one or more recipes through a step-by-step demonstration, active participation, discussion and exchange. step-by-step demonstration, active participation, discussions about the cuisine and culture, followed by a tasting session and the opportunity to collect the day's creations or eat in, depending on the format chosen.
The workshops are open to all, with no pre-requisites, and can be adapted to suit your company's constraints and objectives (team-building, fun, cultural discovery).
Duration:
The duration varies according to the format chosen:
Approximately 2 hours for a discovery workshop (1 recipe),
3 hours for an intermediate format (2 recipes),
up to 4 hours or half a day for a more complete immersion.
Minimum and maximum capacity
Minimum capacity: 5 to 8 participants, depending on the chosen format
Maximum capacity: adaptable depending on the venue, workshop format and technical conditions (generally 15 participants per workshop to ensure everyone is comfortable; several workshops can of course be organised on the same day or over several days depending on the needs of the companies).
The workshops are entirely adaptable and can be designed specifically for team building, corporate events or CSE, with or without meals.
