An association will collect the trays prepared and refrigerated for the occasion.
This association will go directly to Saint-Denis and distribute them in the early evening.
Of course, volunteers will be able to accompany them.

Hope for the Indian Ocean
Founded in October 2021 by Ehjaz Ali Djafaraly, Espoir Océan Indien is a solidarity association that accompanies and supports people in difficulty.
Administrative support: help with residence permit renewals, CAF applications, tax, and other paperless formalities.
Support for young parents: distribution of baby essentials.
Food aid: distribution of packed lunches and food parcels.
Coup de Pouce
Founded more than 25 years ago by Thierry Tirel, the association finances meals for the most disadvantaged through solidarity actions:
Furniture donations: recovery and redistribution to families in need.
Creative and pastry-making workshops.
Here is the menu we are proposing for the team building with the distribution of trays for a maraudage with an association to help disadvantaged people.
For the maraudage, the cooked dishes will be: starter, meat dish (no comrades due to hygiene and possible allergies) and dessert.
First course :
Cheese Cromesquis
Raw vegetable salad with passionate vinaigrette
Fish dish :
Camarons with maître d'hôtel butter served with its Creole accompaniments: fricassee of brèdes and saffron rice
OR
Meat dish :
Bourbon vanilla chicken fillet and its oyster mushrooms with fresh herbs served with its Creole accompaniments: fricassee of brèdes and its saffron rice.
Dessert :
Coconut crumble with candied Victoria pineapple and banana flambéed with old rum.
Where this workshop takes place: In a cookery workshop in Saint-Gilles.
Capacity : From 8 to 35 people
Total duration: 5 hours
Included: Drinks for the welcome, the cooking workshop with a quantity for the meal and a quantity for the maraudage.
