An Italian woman who has settled in Reunion Island to pass on her passion for fresh pasta!

Choice of dishes:

- Lasagne with aubergine, vegetables, meat (chicken, beef or pork)

- Baked pasta, vegetarian or meat preparation

- Gnocchi, with various sauces (cheese fondue, smoked tomato sauce, pesto...)

- Ravioli, vegetarian, meat, in different shapes and colours...

- Fresh pasta polpette filled with vegetables and mozzarella.

- and of course long and short pasta : Rigatoni, strozzapreti, tortilioni, pappardelle, fetucine, spaguetini, spagetoni...

With Italian "home-made" sauces.

Possible equipment according to the place of installation: stand, with sunshade of 3 by 4 metres. Tonelle of 3 by 3.

All the necessary equipment to prepare cooked dishes (2 gas rings with supports, 2 induction plates with woks, an induction plate for heating sauces, pans and all the kitchen tools)

From 50 people to 150 people.
