"Crisis management in the middle of the countryside - Coaching & aventure Group activity

Description

This team-building activity in the countryside (just outside major French cities) is an experience you have to live! Much more than a simple outdoor activity, it's a "hidden participative coaching" solution that you're going to put your colleagues through.

Seeing them manage a herd of sheep when they were just outside their office that very morning... See their reaction on the bus, when you tell them that nothing is going to go according to plan and that the journey will take us to a farm in crisis...

The aim of this totally innovative activity is to reveal the collective energy, commitment and creative potential of your teams.

We create out-of-the-ordinary situations and favour an experiential approach to support to enable your teams to go beyond their territories and recreate the bond.

An atypical approach to team coaching!

Your projects, the cohesion of your teams and the well-being of your employees deserve a different approach, centred on joy, difference and meaning.

Boost commitment and turn your events into memorable learning experiences for everyone involved.

This activity is also available in the mountains!

Detailed schedule for the day

Morning:

Departure by bus and role-play: The teams board a bus bound for an educational farm, when suddenly an unexpected event disrupts the journey. The participants are then confronted with a fictitious crisis situation that they must manage collectively. This first exercise confronts the participants with their reactions in a stressful situation, and forces them to find solutions quickly.

Arrival at the farm: Once the crisis has been resolved, the team arrives at the farm for a restorative meal. This convivial moment allows participants to unwind and prepare for what's to come.

Lunch break: A friendly, country-style meal in a natural setting, allowing the teams to discuss the first challenges and prepare for the afternoon. A debriefing session with the team leader is also organised.

Afternoon:

Activity at the sheepfold: After lunch, head to the edutainment farm for a fun activity focusing on leadership and collaboration.

The team has to deal with a new situation, this time linked to the management of a flock of sheep.

Participants must work together to achieve a common goal, while managing the roles and responsibilities of each individual.

This exercise reveals the dynamics of leadership and team interaction.

Debriefing and reflexivity: The day ends with a debriefing session supervised by our coaches. Participants become aware of their behaviour in crisis situations, their ability to resolve conflicts and converge towards a common solution. They also explore the links between their experience and their professional experience. They identify points of convergence and possible improvements in terms of posture, leadership and communication.
